Josh abandons his post leaving Nick & Alex to talk more Little Nightmares (and why everyone should play it). Nick takes a chance with Evil Within and finds it oddly enticing, the duo clarifies some E3 news, and answers your emails.

The video game info dump of the year is over and 2v1 is here to summarize what everyone's been waiting for: E3 2017.
EA shows off sports as usual but has a nice surprise with A Way Out. Xbox One X is annoying to say and fails to provide reason for $499. Ubisoft continues to combine everything they've ever developed into every future game. Sony shows more of what we've seen before except a Shadow of Colossus remake. Nintendo delivers because Metroid lives.

Although a bit of a slow time of year (pre-E3), the 2v1 gents continue to discuss games they're playing and what you should be checking out.
Nick finishes 2015's shortest AAA game of the year, The Order 1886. Alex is trudging through A Game Which Shall Not Be Named (Andromeda). Josh starts Horizon: Zero Dawn, and joins Nick for some surprisingly fun yet crushingly difficult Killing Floor 2 (free PS+game). Oh, and Playstation 4s Share Play is still amazing.
Be sure to catch our E3 recap episode which will post this week!

Everyone at 2v1 is in between the big releases, catching up on backlog and looking ahead to E3.
The Nintendo Switch is functional online but we get a glimpse at the future with the asinine Splatoon 2 headset reveal. Alex finds Arms surprisingly fun and Just Dance costly. Josh is unsurprisingly let down by Strafe. Nick falls in love with Tabletop Simulator & Netrunner.
Also discussed: Twilight Princess, Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, Phantom Dust and E3 predictions

It's another packed week for 2v1: Far Cry 5 is confirmed American, Dark Souls 3: The Ringed City is the last we'll hear from Souls (RIP BEST FRANCHISE EVER) but the Board Game carries on the spirit of the series. Alex picks up a Nintendo Switch.
Dragon's Dogma gets a re-release on PS4, LawBreakers is also announced for PS4, Gwent heads into open beta and the Arms Test Punch is...interesting.
Nick & Josh end this week with a longer discussion on The Surge.

Another packed week at 2v1 brings talk of medieval torture devices, late-night Korean spas and bad TV show endings.
But really this show is about video games and 2017 keeps piling the titles high. Destiny 2 had a gameplay reveal and while it's definitely still Destiny, there's much to discuss.
Nick & Josh are crawling through the newest soulslike, The Surge, and finding it to be rather special. Alex conquers Bloodborne and Nick gets another chance to play LawBreakers.
Also discussed: Strafe, Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment and miscellaneous news of the week.

The roguelike genre has its hooks in Nick with Strafe and Tumbleseed. Alex enjoyed Little Nightmares and is unsure about TellTale Batman. Josh is still in love with Nier: Automata.
Nick & Josh are still enamored with PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (watch them play here: http://bit.ly/2pMnZo4), Forza Horizon 3's Hot Wheels expansion is fun and Beam is a nice feature on Xbox One.
